Yan’s favourite piece of tech is his Alexa Echo Dot because he can use it to play music and control lighting. He once nursed a baby squirrel and administered CPR.

Thomas once snowboarded down the tallest mountain in Bulgaria. He also appreciates a drink at the pub with a few friends or a TV series with his cat.

Joe
Helpdesk Engineer
Joe likes to spend time in the Peak District, either on his motorbike or walking. In his short time enjoying biking, he has owned nine motorbikes.

Jared is fond of a beer in the pub with his friends, and he once danced and drank whisky with the Chuckle Brothers.

James has a passion for films and TV shows, unsurprisingly then, his favourite piece of tech is his TV and he is slowly building his own cinema.

Elliot can recite the entire opening act of the film The Dark Knight Rises. He also likes a good quiz or crossword puzzle, often creating his own quizzes.

Will’s favourite piece of tech is his tablet; whether it’s checking Twitter, reading the news or playing games, it can all be done from his tablet.

Project Engineer
Will likes going out with friends, playing football and enjoying his Xbox. When he was younger, Will played for Chesterfield FC Academy.

Scott
Technical Account Manager
Alongside using tech to make people’s working lives easier, Scott likes to use it to improve his home too – his favourite type of tech is smart home appliances.

Rob cites the “varied workload” as his favourite thing about working at Resolve, and he enjoys coming to the office to fix different issues for different clients

Oliver has been playing the guitar for 12 years and has played live at iconic venues all over the UK. He also enjoys going to the gym and playing football.

Reece once drove around the streets of Tokyo in a go-kart while dressed as Luigi with his wife dressed as Mario. On a more normal day, Reece solves tricky tech problems.

Kyran enjoys watching sport, which is why he appreciates the relaxed office environment that enables him to watch sport while he is figuring out IT issues.

When he gets time for it, playing games helps him to relax after a busy day. Luke has been growing his beard for two years and has no idea when he’ll cut it.

Beginning his career at Resolve as an apprentice, Matt is now a technical specialist, overseeing some of the most challenging IT problems that customers are facing.

In her spare time, Hannah loves to meander around art galleries or the great outdoors (you can imagine how she feels about the Yorkshire Sculpture Park).

On the weekend, Loren – who is also a big fan of vintage shopping – loves getting out into the great outdoors for a Sunday stroll or a touch of mountain biking.

Lee likes to spend time with his friends and family, watching basketball (preferably the LA Lakers) or going to the cinema.

Bradley

Bradley is a big fan of sci-fi and is an avid reader, he can tell you pretty much anything (literally) about Lord of the Rings lore.

Pascal enjoys running and cycling in the Peak District, and he is a regular at the gym. He has an adopted alpaca called Jimbob.

In 2004 Andrew Seaton set out into the world of IT with just a car and a head full of tech solutions. Since then, he has seen Resolve grow into a thriving company, now providing IT support for over 70 businesses.
