James is a helpdesk engineer

James is on the helpdesk, so his working day involves picking up and resolving tickets for customers. Being the first port of call when a client has a problem can sometimes be challenging, but James’s favourite part of his job is collaborating with others and ensuring that no one gets left behind. Plus, the social atmosphere in the break room is second to none.

Outside of work, James has a passion for films, TV shows and video games. He says there’s something about getting lost in a strange new world with an engrossing story that he really enjoys. Unsurprisingly then, his favourite piece of tech is his TV and he is slowly building his own cinema.
