how do I qualify?
It’s a simple process and it is open to any Resolve customer who knows someone that might be interested in obtaining our services.
You can either:
- Contact your Resolve Account Manager and pass on the following information: name of contact, details of their business and your relationship with the referred company
- Or ask your contact from the referred company to get in touch with either Andrew Seaton of Jude Coulthard, and ask them to mention you referred them during their first conversation
- We’ll spend some time getting to know the referred company and understand their needs
- If the referred company becomes a customer we will contact you to let you know. To show our appreciation we will also give you the choice of a thank you gift.

the serious stuff
The referrer will recieve a thank you gift (from the selection above) when a new customer signs a support contract worth a minimum of £2,500.
The referrer is therefore not eligible for a gift by simply referring a potential customer to Resolve.
Resolve can withdraw the scheme and/or the selection of gifts at any time.
