Robert is a technical account manager

As a technical account manager, Rob spends his days dealing with critical alerts, backup tickets and ensuring documentation is up to date. He has worked at Resolve for many years, building up great rapport with the customers for which he has responsibility.

Rob cites the “varied workload” as his favourite thing about working at Resolve, and he enjoys coming to the office to fix different issues for different clients. Away from his desk, Rob likes playing snooker and pool, travelling, socialising and eating out. Unusually, before Rob began a career in IT, he used to work at a golf club, collecting golf balls.
