As his job title – professional services team manager – suggests, Kyran is in charge of the professional services team. From managing and delivering complex IT projects to ensuring his staff work seamlessly alongside the managed services team, Kyran has oversight of customers’ cloud migrations, infrastructure updates, installs and general one-off project work.
Outside of work, Kyran enjoys watching sport, which is why he appreciates the relaxed office environment at Resolve that enables him to watch sport while he is figuring out complicated IT issues. His favourite piece of technology is his PS5 and he enjoys playing FIFA. Kyran is fond of sunshine and music, often to be found soaking up the rays in Ibiza.
