Mike is the operational excellence manager

Mike is Resolve’s operational excellence manager. Day-to-day, this means he assists customers as they join Resolve for IT support, ensuring the IT engineers have all the information they need to provide tip top service. Mike’s favourite thing about working at Resolve is that we prioritise looking after customers and staff.

When he’s not thinking about how to keep customers happy, Mike likes to take photographs, go for walks and listen to music. He even takes photos on film and then develops them himself. Obviously, his iPhone camera is very rarely used, but Mike still names his phone as his favourite piece of tech. He likes that it’s a music player and data portal to the world.
