Elliot – who is able to recite the entire opening act of the film The Dark Knight Rises – is a helpdesk technician. On a normal day, Elliot can be found handling the technical service requests for Resolve’s customers, which can vary from a password reset to assisting with the quirks of Teams.
A team player, Elliot enjoys the collaboration that goes into fixing IT conundrums, making lots of new friends since starting at Resolve. He particularly likes a good quiz or crossword puzzle, often creating his own quizzes. Elliot recently hosted a Halloween quiz for his friends, which went down a treat.
