Sam is the technical coordinator

Sam is Resolve’s technical coordinator, which makes her responsible for assigning tickets to the right people on the technical team, organising resources and keeping an eye on the progression of technical issues.

Outside of work, Sam enjoys creative writing and watching comedies or thrillers on Netflix (the bigger plot twist, the better!) Sam also likes gaming, owning a PlayStation 5, Xbox Series S, Nintendo Switch and a gaming PC. Referring to herself as “obsessed” with pandas, Sam loves to collect all kinds of cute panda-themed items.
