Sam is a managed services team manager, which means she spends her time making sure her team feel supported in delivering excellent customer service. Her focus is to assist her team in overcoming IT challenges and hitting their goals. Her favourite part of her job is seeing her team thrive and work well together.
Outside of work, Sam enjoys creative writing and watching comedies or thrillers on Netflix (the bigger plot twist, the better!) Sam also likes gaming, owning a PlayStation 5, Xbox Series S, Nintendo Switch and a gaming PC. Referring to herself as “obsessed” with pandas, Sam loves to collect all kinds of cute panda-themed items.
