"I feel I need some cyber security because we deal with everything online and we rely very heavily on IT, so if we were to have a cyberattack it would have quite big consequences for us.

There was a time last year that Resolve contacted me because an alert had appeared because someone had logged on to our system from Columbia – and they were obviously very concerned about this. But, we had Steve out there, so we were able to tell them it’s not an issue and not to worry about it.

It was good to know that they had eyes on that and could trigger that for me. The bad guys are getting cleverer so you’ve just got to be on your guard all the time.

I think it is good to know that everything is being monitored in the background – and the fact that I will get a report at the end of each month that I can open and see. If anything happens in real time, I will receive an email – so for example – if one of the team has had repeated attempts at trying to remember their password, I get notified of that so I can see if there is any training needed.

I think it is peace of mind really, the fact that I know that somebody is dealing with that in the background – at the moment I have got many plates to spin and IT is not my forte so I need to leave that to the experts to look after it."
