Unlock the power of Microsoft Copilot Chat

Join us for our first ever in-person Copilot Chat training morning at The Victoria, 1 Rowland St, Neepsend, Sheffield S3 8DE. 

You’ll learn how to write better prompts, get better results from Copilot Chat, and understand what extra value Microsoft 365 Copilot can bring to your business.  

This practical, session is designed to help you build confidence with AI in a way that feels useful, relevant and easy to apply in day-to-day work. You’ll learn how to improve your prompts, and see live demonstrations of what’s possible with Microsoft 365 Copilot across the apps your team already uses.  

The event is completely free and includes a fresh, seasonal lunch prepared by the Victoria. Places are limited, with a maximum of two attendees per business. The tickets will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.  

During the morning, we’ll cover: 

• An introduction to Copilot Chat and why it is such a great starting point for using AI in business. 

• How Copilot Chat can support everyday work, from helping you get started faster to summarising information, drafting content and thinking through problems more confidently. 

• The art of prompting, including how to write clearer, more effective prompts using the GCSE method: Goal, Context, Source and Expectations to get better results first time. 

• Practical tasks to help you try different prompting techniques for yourself and build confidence through follow-up conversations. 

• How to use AI responsibly, including the security considerations when using AI at work, governance, compliance, privacy and responsible use. 

• An introduction to Microsoft Prompt Coach 

• A chance to ask questions, share ideas and explore what Copilot could look like in your organisation. 

What you’ll leave with 

By the end of the session, you’ll have a stronger understanding of how to write effective prompts in Copilot Chat, where Microsoft 365 Copilot can add real value, and how it can support everyday business tasks in a practical and secure way. 

We hope you’ll leave feeling more confident about using AI in a productive and meaningful way, with a clearer idea of the next steps if you’re considering Copilot for your team.  

Who is this event for? 

This session is for you if you have a Microsoft 365 account and want to start using Copilot Chat more effectively. Whether you use the free version of Copilot Chat and want to get better results from it, or you are considering Microsoft 365 Copilot licences for your team, this session will be useful. It will also be of use if you already have a Copilot Licence and want to get more value from it.
