Michael is a managed services engineer

Michael is a managed services engineer, which means he assists Resolve clients in their day-to-day IT conundrums. He also happens to be a bit of an IT kleptomaniac, collecting wires, screws and all sorts of technical bits and bobs.

When he’s at his desk, Michael can be found responding to phone calls and client emails, diagnosing technical issues and coming up with solutions. Outside of work, he likes to spend time with his family, play football and watch movies. He was once in competition to become an astronaut and made it to the last 80 people out of 22,000 entries.
