Josh is a managed services engineer, which means that he’s one of the first people you’re likely to speak to should your laptop not switch on. He helps with general setups for users, quirks with Outlook and everyday technical troubles.
Josh has a full and busy schedule away from his desk; he is an amateur games developer and a veteran player of games, including board and video games. He once raised £600 for Macmillan by doing a 24hr livestream. Learning new skills is also one of his passions and he is currently learning Korean and leatherworking.
