Jared is our helpdesk team leader

Jared is the helpdesk team leader, which means he has oversight of the helpdesk team. When there is a problem that is too troublesome or an engineer is feeling discouraged, Jared is on hand to offer solutions and a pep talk. His favourite thing about working at Resolve is watching his engineers develop and progress in their careers.

Away from his desk, Jared likes to spend time with his young family. He is also fond of a beer in the pub with his friends, and he once danced and drank whisky with the Chuckle Brothers. Randomly, he has also seen Top Gear live three times.
