A managed services engineer, Ryan assists Resolve clients when their IT isn’t working as it should. He deals with everything from critical issues to backup failures and everything in between.
Ryan enjoys travelling and is interested in aviation and engineering. He makes an effort to watch as many aircraft as he can and he dreams of flying to Dubai on the 777X to see the world’s tallest building. Ryan is a massive Doctor Who fan, and he can’t choose a favourite Doctor, but – if pushed – he says he likes Tom Baker and Peter Capaldi.
