Paul is a senior managed services engineer, available to assist the rest of the managed service engineers should a technical problem become much too complicated. He tends to deal with critical issues, but is still very useful when a laptop or backup drive is misbehaving.
Paul is very well travelled, he once lived in San Francisco, and he has even flown a plane. In his spare time, Paul enjoys playing pool and doing pub quizzes, as well as following Sheffield Wednesday.
