Can I access emergency IT support without a contract?

Yes. We can support businesses regardless of whether they are already an
existing customer. Current customers can access emergency support 24/7,
whereas new customers can access emergency support, 9am-5pm, Monday
to Friday.

What happens if the issue can’t be fixed remotely?

Following assessment, if an issue can’t be fixed remotely, our team will inform
the business and a plan will be made for an engineer to attend the site if
possible.

How do I contact Resolve in an emergency?

Resolve customers can either raise an issue in the normal way – by
contacting the service desk – or they can use the emergency email address if
the problem is out of hours.
