Our shortlisting was welcomed recognition of Resolve’s dedication to excellent customer service. As a company, we place enormous emphasis on our customer service, as ultimately our business is all about our customers and delivering an outstanding service to them.
Our commitment to excellent customer service is longstanding, and we have already won numerous awards in this area for our efforts. To therefore be shortlisted once again for this award is truly thrilling.
The shortlisting was announced by The Star on Tuesday 7th September, with the shortlist for the Customer Service award whittled down to five Sheffield based companies. The award ceremony took place at the beautiful Whirlow Brook Hall on 29th September. Sadly Resolve didn't take home the award, but a great night was had by all, and it was fantastic to see so many up and coming Sheffield businesses in attendance.
Despite not winning this year's Customer Service Award, this will by no means stop us delivering outstanding customer service to our growing customer base. Our seventeen years experience of providing expert IT support in Sheffield and beyond is built upon our ethos of providing outstanding customer service. This is something we will continue to do, for as long as Henderson’s makes Relish, Sheffield makes Steel, and the Star Small Business Awards keeps recognising local talent… and thereafter!
