Picking up calls and preventing day-to-day IT mishaps, William is a managed services engineer. Working alongside the rest of the technical team, William finds Resolve to be an interesting place to work and a good challenge.
When William is away from his desk, he likes to watch movies, go sightseeing and explore. A couple of his favourite places to go are Alton Towers and Graves Park Animal Farm.
