Jack is a managed services engineer

A typical day for Jack consists of troubleshooting and resolving both hardware and software issues on customer PCs to ensure smooth operation. He also sets up new user accounts and installs necessary software, as well as managing Microsoft 365 to ensure efficient workflow. 

After work you can find Jack climbing or doing some photography, hopefully not at the same time (safety first). He then develops the photos on film, which is great for his travels; he recently toured across China for a whole month! Unsurprisingly, his favourite piece of tech is his camera.
