At work, Harvey handles the technical service requests for Resolve’s customers, solves their IT problems and helps to prevent future issues, contributing to maintaining high customer satisfaction.
When he’s not thinking about IT, Harvey spends some of his time engineering songs for a local artist. He also likes to swim, play games on the PS5, and occasionally solve a Rubik’s cube in under two minutes (humble brag). If Harvey were to be stranded on a desert island he would, very sensibly, bring a tent.
