Billy is a managed services engineer, so he assists customers with their general IT enquires, such as password resets, laptop problems and printer catastrophes.
In his spare time, Billy enjoys a broad array of activities; he has sky dived 58 times and he reads a book every week. On the weekend, he can often be found hiking, painting or spending time with his young family. When asked what he would take to a desert island, he decided a sailboat, cow and grill would offer him the best chance of survival.
