Jen is a managed services engineer

Jen is a T1 Managed Service Engineer, serving as the first line of IT support. She tackles a variety of issues, from troubleshooting hardware to resolving software problems on customer PCs. 

Outside of work, Jen enjoys drawing and painting animals, often taking requests for pet portraits. She also loves reading fantasy books and playing board games with friends. Her favourite tech gadget is her iPad and Apple Pencil, which make digital art both easier and more enjoyable.
