Rob Coward

Robert Coward likes to keep up-to-date with the latest technology, which is why he enjoys working in IT. He is an integral member of the Resolve Helpdesk, assisting businesses with their day-to-day IT problems and working with the account managers to provide expert tech support.

Before he worked at Resolve, Robert spent many years providing internal IT support for an architecture practice. Now he applies his skills to a variety of issues for a whole range of businesses and organisations. Aside from getting to try his hand at fixing a number of IT conundrums, Rob also likes the friendly working atmosphere at Resolve. When he isn’t at work, Rob enjoys playing snooker and pool, travelling, socialising and eating out. He is also particularly fond of egg custard tarts.
