Neil Glencross

Neil provides IT support for all the Resolve clients that ring in with problems that can be immediately dealt with – like password issues or Outlook concerns. He works alongside the technical account managers to ensure customers can get back to work as quickly as possible.

Neil started his IT career working in computer aided design and manufacturing. Prior to working at Resolve, he was a technical support engineer at Autodesk where he provided software assistance and general IT support for a range of SMBs. When he’s not as his desk, Neil likes visiting the theatre and the cinema, and eating and drinking with his family and friends. He also enjoys playing squash and he tries to keep up with his running, despite injuries. Neil names his smartphone as his favourite piece of technology.

  • Neil has a qualification in Russian.
  • Neil once sang an impromptu 10 minute solo in a musical at the Lyceum.
