Mark White

Mark White (MCP) is Resolve’s third Helpdesk Engineer. Along with Nick and Daniel, Mark deals with IT woes when they initially arrive in the Resolve inbox. He is also our Schools engineer which means he is often away from the office, fixing PCs, projectors, whiteboards and all the standard tech equipment you’d expect to find in a school.

Mark enjoys the diversity of work that comes his way at Resolve, as well as the fact the team and his customers are friendly. Not knowing what problems will pop up in the day is all part of the challenge for Mark, who has 11 years’ experience working in the Royal Navy and 20 years in education. Outside of Resolve, Mark can often be found with his Scout troop, building rafts, going camping and generally exploring the great outdoors.

  • Mark has been a Scout Leader for 28 years.
  • He also once visited 30 countries in an 18 month period.
