Joseph Winstanley

Joseph is a helpdesk engineer, picking up IT issues as soon as they arrive in the office. His days are spent chatting to clients on the phone, fixing problems and working with the rest of the Resolve team to ensure everyone is receiving outstanding customer service.

At Resolve, Joseph appreciates the exposure he gets to so many issues, adding to his years of experience working in remote software support and internal IT support. Outside of work, Joseph enjoys video games and theme parks. In fact, he has ridden 49 roller coasters, been to all the major parks in the UK and visited every theme park in Orlando. His favourite ever ride is Shambhala at PortAventura.

  • Joseph has ridden the tallest, fastest and longest roller coasters in Europe.
  • He also runs a theme park vlog on YouTube.
