James Crisp

The Helpdesk Team is on the frontline of IT support at Resolve. They handle the day-to-day IT issues that customers face. On said Helpdesk, you’ll find James, answering calls and solving IT issues as varied as password resets to hardware and network issues.

James arrived at Resolve after working as an IT technician in a school where he got to grips with how hectic a helpdesk can be. He now spends his days speaking to clients, enabling them to get back up and running as quickly as possible. He enjoys the fact that the Resolve team is friendly and supportive with a positive atmosphere. When he is not at work, James can be found enjoying film, TV and games or at the local pub with his friends. Apparently, his toastie maker is his favourite piece of tech.

  • James operates the sound desk for a local open mic night.
  • He has been learning guitar for a few years and sometimes plays live.
