Amadeus Mdluli

The Helpdesk Team is on the frontline of IT support at Resolve. They handle the day-to-day IT issues that customers face. On said Helpdesk, you’ll find Amadeus, answering calls and solving IT issues as varied as password resets to hardware and network issues.

Amadeus arrived at Resolve after working as an IT service desk analyst at DXC technology. He is fond of IT because it requires overcoming challenges and learning new skills. And one of the reasons he likes Resolve is because he is offered the opportunity to develop his tech knowledge. The iPhone is Amadeus’s preferred piece of tech due to its user-friendly interface and range of features. Away from his desk, Amadeus enjoys weight training four to five days a week, and socialising with friends.

  • Amadeus has lived in three different countries; Botswana, Swaziland and England.
  • He can speak Zulu, Siswati and English fluently.
