If you have ever wasted a morning at work baffling over why your PC won’t start or your emails won’t send, it turns out you are not alone. According to a YouGov poll a whopping 85% of small business owners cite “Managing Complex IT issues” as the biggest hurdle to growth.
YouGov surveyed 1,057 microbusinesses across the UK and they found that one of the main issues when it came to IT was using out-of-date equipment. Although 85% of business owners involved in this report used Microsoft Office programs, 65% were using old versions of things, therefore overlooking new tech, which often runs much more efficiently and includes time saving features.
If this scenario sounds familiar, do not fear! We provide SMEs of various sizes with IT support, which means you can get on with managing your business, whilst we worry about all the technicalities of an efficient IT system. Our super friendly IT engineers not only take care of all the day-to-day concerns of an IT set-up, but they also monitor it from afar to identify issues the moment they crop up. We translate nasty IT issues into plain English so you can remain in control of IT decisions whilst knowing you are in the hands of IT experts.
If you are still not convinced, let our MD, Andrew, add a few words: 'IT is no longer “part” of a business, it is woven into the very fabric of how most businesses run – most business would simply be unable to function if there was a serious IT issue. This is why it is a great idea to have an IT support provider to provide expert help for issues.'
And, if it couldn’t get any better, our SuperSupport contracts are suited to your specific business needs. We’d never force you into purchasing unnecessary equipment and we’d certainly never sell you anything we wouldn’t use ourselves.
