Office 365 provides you with calendars, mail and all the office programs you need to run a company. We take a look at the various options to suit you.

Office 365 pretty much does what it says on the tin! It gives you access to Microsoft Office 365 days of the year wherever you are, whatever you are doing. So, whether you are in the office or on a sun lounger, as long as you have access to an internet connection you can login and access calendars, mail and all the office programs you need to run a company. There are a few different variations of Office 365 available for businesses, and we have listed them below, so you can choose the right package to suit you. All plans typically come with online versions of Office and 1TB of online storage.

Office 365 Business Essentials gives you a 50GB mailbox, calendar, contacts and access to Office online. The mailbox can be accessed online or set up within an existing purchase of Outlook. Prices are based on one year at £3.10 per month (as of December 2015).

Office 365 Business will give you unlimited online access to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher and OneNote. In addition, you can also install these applications on up to five PCs or Macs, and also five smartphones or tablets, operating on IOS, Android or Windows. Prices are based on one year at £7 per month (as of December 2015).

Office 365 Business Premium offers you a 50GB mailbox, calendar, contacts, and online access to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher and OneNote. You will also be able to install these applications on up to five PCs or Macs, and also five smartphones and tablets, operating on IOS, Android or Windows. Prices are based on one year at £7.80 per month (as of December 2015).

Office 365 Enterprise Pro Plus makes space for an unlimited amount of users, as opposed to Business packages, which are limited to 300. Pro Plus users will have online access to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher and OneNote; plus the ability to install these applications on up to five PCs or Macs, and also five smartphones and tablets, operating on IOS, Android or Windows. In addition, Enterprise options include app management with Group Policy, Telemetry, Shared Computer Activation, and access to self-service business intelligence to analyse data in Excel. Prices are based on one year at £10.10 per month (as of December 2015).

Office 365 Enterprise E1 gives you an unlimited amount of users, plus a 50GB mailbox, calendar, contacts and online access to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher and OneNote. The E1 package also includes Corporate Video Portal – so you can share videos across your company – and an Intranet site for your teams with customizable security settings. Plus, users can hold an unlimited number of online meetings, using IM and HD video conferencing or Skype for Business app. Prices are based on one year at £5 per month (as of December 2015).

Office 365 Enterprise E3 is the most expensive package and combines all of the features offered in the other options, plus eDiscovery Centre tools to support compliance. Enterprise E3 gives an unlimited number of users a 50GB mailbox, calendar, contacts, and online access to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher and OneNote. Users can install these applications on up to five PCs or Macs, and also five smartphones or tablets, operating on IOS, Android or Windows. The E3 package also includes Corporate Video Portal – so you can share videos across your company – and an Intranet site for your teams with customizable security settings. Plus, users can hold an unlimited number of online meetings, using IM and HD video conferencing or Skype for Business app. In addition, Enterprise options include app management with Group Policy, Telemetry, Shared Computer Activation, and access to self-service business intelligence to analyse data in Excel.
