Refreshing Windows 10
NOTE: before you do this, make sure you have all your software installation media.
Click "Start" and type "Refresh".
Select "Reset this PC"
Under "Reset this PC" click "Get Started"
It will warn you which software will need reinstalling.
Please note that if this fails or you change your mind, you won't be able to roll back to a previous installation unless you have a full system image backup.
