We're delighted to be able to announce that we are now ISO 9001 certified!
This industry standard recognises our commitment to quality by assessing the processes we have in place throughout the organisation. It also caps off what has been our most successful year to date, as the last twelve months has seen an increase in turnover of 38 per cent, and an increase in the number of team members of 58 per cent.
The ISO 9001:2008 certification is given to organisations that have in place processes and procedures that ensure quality in all areas of service, and we believe that it reflects the care we take with all our clients, our attention to detail and the high level of service we deliver across the whole company.
Our Director Andrew, who set up Resolve in 2004, said: "I am really proud of our team and the high-quality service we offer, and it's great to be recognised for that.
"We did this to make sure our customers receive the best service possible. Having spent a great deal of time developing processes to make sure issues are solved in a timely and effective manner, we wanted to ensure that our systems were industry standard.
"Our clients, particularly those in manufacturing, are used to having standardised procedures to guarantee a high level of service and product across the company. This was an opportunity to reflect on what we already had in place and to make sure that they were up to the appropriate standard."
In the past 12 months we have welcomed seven new members of staff, including a specialised engineer to handle server installs, in line with increasing demand, and an Apple Certified Mac Technician.
As we look to 2012/13 we are excited about the new products we have lined up and the new customers we have yet to meet, but we know that our values and our commitment to quality will remain the same.
