Fed up of having to write your name in your e-mail every time you send one? There is an easier way, creating a signature saves time and makes all your e-mail footers standard.
Below is an illustrated guide on how to add signatures to your E-mails in Microsoft Outlook 2003.
Select Tools, then Options.
>Once in the Options, select the Mail Format tab.
Click on the Signatures button.
Select the New button.
In the Enter a name for your new signature box, give it a meaningful name and then click Next
In the Signature text box, type in what you require your signature to say, then click Finish once you are happy.
Review your signature and then click Ok, if you wish to change what it says simply click the Edit button.
Make sure the Signature for new messages and Signature for replies and forwards drop down menus have the name of your signature, then finally clickOk
