Our recent stats look like this...
Our engineers have been doing spectacularly this year. In 2018, 91% of all IT problems resolved were ranked "excellent" by our customers. And in July we nearly got 100% on our first response chart. This means that 99.4% of IT issues that were logged with Resolve were assessed and assigned to an engineer within two hours, regardless of that customer's SLA.
