Picking up calls and preventing day-to-day IT mishaps, Yan is a helpdesk technician. Working alongside the helpdesk team, Yan finds everyone to be friendly and encouraging which creates a great environment for learning.
Yan isn’t always thinking about IT and when he isn’t at work he likes climbing, gaming, and chilling with cats. His favourite piece of tech is his Alexa Echo Dot because he can use it to play music and control lighting. Randomly, he once nursed a baby squirrel and administered CPR.
