Will Gennoe is a technical account manager

A technical account manager, Will is the main point of contact for a number of Resolve clients. He deals with everything from critical issues to backup failures and everything in between.

Will enjoys building relationships with clients and colleagues alike, appreciating the supportive office environment where there is always room for a laugh. Away from his desk, Will spends time with his kids – watching his son’s football matches and daughter’s dance recitals. He also loves exploring the country in his tatty old trailer tent. His favourite piece of tech is his tablet; whether it’s checking Twitter, reading the news or playing games, it can all be done from his tablet.
