Joe is a helpdesk engineer

Joe Taylor is a helpdesk engineer, which means that he’s one of the first people you’re likely to speak to should your laptop not switch on. He helps with general setups for users, quirks with Outlook and everyday technical mishaps.

Joe enjoys working as a helpdesk engineer because he appreciates the feeling of resolving an issue he has worked hard on. Outside of work, Joe likes to spend time in the Peak District, either on his motorbike or walking. In his short time enjoying biking, Joe has owned nine motorbikes. When the weather is bad, he’ll be inside, playing games on his PC.
